Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your piece is shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Cyprus)
– Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders over €100
– Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch
– Local pickup may be available on request

International Shipping
– Flat Rate: €15 worldwide
– FREE shipping on orders over €250
– Delivery Time: 5–10 business days after dispatch
– Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Packaging
All jewelry comes in a protective Maria Chara Jewelry pouch for safekeeping, ready for gifting or storing.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or weather conditions.
